Rulings
If you choose 0 for the first number, you are allowed to choose -1 for the second. The same is true for ½ and -½.
You can choose a number with a fraction.
Note that you are changing numbers, not numerals within a number. Choosing 2 and 3 won’t change 20 to 30 or ½ to ⅓.
